About the Journal

The Asian American Research Letters Journal (AARL) is a Monthly, peer-reviewed journal dedicated to the rapid dissemination of high-quality scholarship on the diverse experiences of Asian Americans across disciplines. We publish concise, impactful research letters in a variety of formats, fostering interdisciplinary dialogue and advancing critical understandings of contemporary issues facing Asian American business studies.

Asian American Research Letters is an international publication that publishes work on the global conversation at the nexus of technical advancement and the philosophical, social, commercial, and economic transformation of the world at large. The journal's objective is to produce literature that empowers decision-makers to participate in the choices that mold this dynamic in a deliberate and informed manner. The role that technology plays in society's political, economic, and cultural processes unites all domains. Research in the field of Technology in Society focuses on how social factors influence technological decisions and what options society has when it comes to using technology. This comprises applied approaches (business innovation, technology management, legal and engineering), theoretical and scholarly approaches (history and philosophy of science and technology, technology forecasting, economic growth, policy, ethics), and approaches from a development perspective (technology transfer, technology assessment, and economic development). Special Issues and Article Collections provide access to Technology in Society Briefings, which provide further details about the journal's objectives and coverage of specific subjects.
